NOMI is a connection app for the disabled and neurodivergent communities.

This is a space for folks who want to expand their community and find others who understand what it’s like to move through the world as a disabled or neurodivergent person.

With the option to find long term friendship or a romantic partner, it’s curated for people who want to foster a deep connection with other folks with disabilities.

NOMI centers and celebrates disability and neurodivergence.

Disabilities are only “disabilities” because our society is not set up to be accessible to everyone, despite the fact that 22% of the Canadian adult population and 26% of adults in the U.S. identify as disabled, while many more identify as autistic and/or ADHD.

NOMI’s default is disability rather than able-bodiedness. Connection is essential to everyone's well being and we have a responsibility as a society to provide ease of access for everyone to find the connections they require in their lives.
